The safety of our patients and staff is our highest priority
In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are changing our hospital visiting protocols.
VISITORS - Only one adult visitor is permitted per patient per day and for a two hour duration.
- Nominated visitors must not be unwell and must be at least 18 years of age.
- Visitors will be required to wear a mask, get their temperature checked on arrival and complete the screening questionnaire using our Q Code system at reception.
- Patients will need to Book their visitor in at reception before the visitor will be allowed entry – this must be done ahead of their arrival
Visitors are not permitted to access the smoker’s courtyard or lounges. We request that visitors stay in patient rooms. Patients must also wear a mask while their visitor is here with them.

5.30pm – 7.30pm Monday to Friday
1.30pm – 3.30pm Saturday and Sunday
4.00pm – 8.00pm Monday to Friday
12.00pm – 8.00pm Saturday and Sunday
Patients with approval are able to have two hours of unaccompanied leave for recreational purposes weekdays and 4 hours unaccompanied leave Sat/Sun
Bus: Regular bus services operate along Townsend Road, the nearest stop being in front of the Clinic car park at Apollo Place.
Parking: Car parking is readily available in the visitors car park.
Train: The nearest railway station is situated at South Geelong. Timetables and route details are available on request.
Taxi: Reception is also able to book or call a taxi if required.
